Through interviews with a range of prominent team members, Offbeat Creative captured stories of leadership, mentorship, innovation, and perseverance. Employees shared their reflections on the firm’s evolution, its enduring client-first philosophy, and the unique culture that has carried Ingalls & Snyder through generations of market cycles. These conversations painted a rich, human portrait of a company that has adapted, grown, and thrived for a full century.

Production Approach: Timeless, Personal, Story Driven 

Offbeat Creative approached the documentary with a focus on timeless storytelling. The production blended a clean, modern aesthetic with archival elements to honor the firm’s longstanding history while highlighting its forward-thinking mindset. Shot on location in New York City, the film wove together employee interviews, day-in-the-life visuals, and atmospheric footage to create a cohesive narrative that feels both intimate and celebratory. Every stage, from research and scripting to filming and editing, was crafted to reflect the depth and significance of a 100-year milestone.
